I will gladly accept the return of products that are defective. (Does not apply to personalized custom orders.) The item(s) must be returned to me, postmarked within 10 business days. Items must be returned to me in their original condition. I will refund the purchase price, minus shipping. If the piece does not arrive or is altered or damaged, I cannot accept the return or issue a refund. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility. I cannot issue a refund for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. I will gladly exchange your purchase for something else or issue a refund.
