Refund policy
My goal is for you to be delighted with your purchase. However if you wish to return or exchange an item, you have 15 days after date of delivery confirmation of your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it/them, unworn or unused, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, it is your responsibility to ship the item back with the shipping instructions provided. I do not cover return shipping costs, or refund original shipping costs. Items returned without first requesting a return cannot be refunded or returned to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items, custom orders, or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the original item must be returned first, then payment submitted for any difference in the cost plus any shipping costs for the new item. If the new item costs less than the original item, the difference will be refunded after shipping costs are covered.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
